I have twin boys! They are now 20 months. I must say.... it is a lot of work, joyous work but a lot of it. You already have 4 kids so you know all about everything.... it doesn't change with twins... it's just two. I remember thinking I was going to die during the first 4 months.... then they started sleeping through the night. Anything can be done if momma gets her sleep :) Good Luck
