My Country

Joey brought home a paper from school today that was titled "My Country"
He had to write about what his own country would be like.

The name of my country is called Cardinals. My flag's name is Cardinal. The colors of my flags are: red, white, yellow. The red means pure awesomeness, the white means freedom, the yellow means no mustard in the country. The rules are #1 No MUSTARD allowed!

What a total nut! He puts mustard on all the time!
Sometimes that boy makes me wonder ;)

Reactions

It has been so much fun telling everyone we're having twins!! We were just going to keep the pregnancy secret since ya know, it's our 5th and it only matters to us anyway, but oh my gosh! We are on cloud nine!!
It was truly exciting and endearing to hear how happy everyone is ;)
Ryan offered me $5000 if he could get pick of the litter lol!!
Sweet Haylee grabbed my water bottle the next morning and hesitated:
"Mom, can I still drink after you?" HAHAHA!! She cracks me up!

Thanks for all the support and well wishes, I'm still feeling really good (thank goodness!) I can handle queasy ;)
Next appointment is Feb 10th so I'll keep ya posted!!

Post of The Year!!!

Blankies Blankies, Bottles Bottles, Binkies Binkies, Oh my!!!

Well, Brian and I love kids right??? HaHa, yes we are having another one, BUT not just one..... TWINS!!!!
How excited are we??? I am 8 weeks 6 days today and feeling so good! Usually by now I'm so sick I can't even function but I've only been a little queasy, yea!! ;)
The staff at the Dr's office was laughing at how excited I was. I think I yelled loud enough for the whole place to hear!!
When I first got there Brian was outside with the kiddos and the ultrasound tech said, lets get a quick ultrasound! Sounds good to me!! She put the probe on my tummy and said "Um" right before I yelled "There's TWO??" I then told her to stop and called Brian in, she was such a good sport and went to the waiting room to get him.... his face was priceless ;) He was in absolute shock and had the CUTEST look of disbelief I've ever seen!!
They are measuring 1" long and have good strong heartbeats of 176 & 185!! The dr said to be careful for the next 3 weeks so we don't lose one or both ;( so don't think for one second I will feel guilty about propping up my feet!
We told the kids last night and they are so funny, it took them forever to guess what the surprise was, how many times before they come do you think we'll hear "Is it time yet?"
Telling our families and good friends was the best part of last night, It is awesome to hear how excited they all were and I was teary eyed through all 7 calls and numerous text messages ;) The funniest part was when I said "they" a few of them seriously freaked out.. they thought the picture was two images of the same baby.. it was so much fun!!! I'll keep ya updated on the news and the growing belly lol!! Good grief, I'm really in for it now! ;)

Big 10

Jake is 10!!! I can't believe my baby is growing up so fast!!
He wanted a 11 on is cake for Larry Fitzgerald and have it full of candy but this was seriously an 8pm last minute job, I felt bad I didn't get it decorated but it tastes WAY better than it looks! I made brownie for the bottom and homemade Oreo ice cream for the top! YUMMO!! Grandma got the party started with a game sent from Kentucky...puppies ;)
See him hugging Haylee?? You wont see that very often!! She gave him a Cold Stone gift card with Larry Fitz on it ;)
Joey gave him a Wendy's gift card (the boy is all about nuggets lately!)
Between him and Brian we cook chicken almost every day!!
Jacob was happy and it turned out to be a great day!!
We love you Jake!

Brazil 2010

Brian's nephew came home from his mission!! This was from his mom's phone at the airport... the little boys were SOOOO excited to see him! We were bummed we didn't make the airport but we got to see him the next day and spend the weekend at his house.
He served an Honorable mission and his grandparents made him an album of every picture and email he sent home, it was awesome!!
The first morning his words were;
"whoa, American milk!!" He's so sweet!
We're so proud of you Casey and so glad you're home!!
