Football Stars

My boys are so cute when it comes to sports! Sorry the pics are dark, a storm was coming in.
We had family football night on Monday and the kids had a blast! It raised all of our spirits when we saw Tom Brady throwing the ball around!! ;) I'm sure every parent says this but these guys are really good!
For as tiny as Joey is you would not believe the arm on him!!

Marley & Me

My kids and I have been wanting to see this movie since we saw the previews..it looks so cute and funny!
WRONG! We rented it last night and it was soooo depressing! It got towards the middle and the kids wanted to switch movies... "it's disgusting and scary!" I fast forwarded "the scene" and when the girl got stabbed well, my kids were scared that could happen right in her yard.
I told them to just see it through to the end.
Here is the best part.... JJ had his head on my tummy the whole time. This kid never sits still!! It was awesome. He laughed when the dog was silly and was very quiet when the dog was sick. I heard sniffs from everyone and I thought I heard JJ sniff.....What? Is he understanding this? More sniffs all around and JJ sniffed, he DID get it! Holy cow that is funny!
"JJ, are you ok?"
"OOOOOOO MARLEEEEEEYYYY OOOOOOOOO" The poor boy broke down!! I was laughing and crying at the same time. He was crying so hard I could not believe it!!
All he could say was Marleeeeyyyyy between gasps of air, I thought it was a joke, he's only 3 after all. It was at least 2 minutes before I got him to calm down and of course the other kids lost it when they heard JJ!
It was a fun family night!! It was about 11 when Marley got over and we started bedtime stories. The kids cheered up to say the least!!

Last Day of School!!

It's officially summer!! Wa-hoo!! My mood got better and better when I went through my phone and deleted all my reminders!! Yes, I'm lame, I have to put in reminders for everything..
The kids had a picnic for lunch with pb&j with chips mmmmm!
Jacob is now in 4th, Joey 3rd, and Haylee is a 1st grader... Yikes!!!

Pretty Dancer!

Look at how much difference a year makes! I love this background shot of her! She tells me she's getting used to dancing so she likes it now ;) Her teacher is offering a 2 week summer course including gymnastics that I'm signing her up for. I'm living through her, I've always loved dance and gymnastics but never had the chance!!

It's a Jungle Out There!!

Haylee had her Spring Recital last Saturday, yes I know I'm behind but I've been out of commission for two 1/2 days with strep!
Enough about me, she was totally cute of course and Brian and I noticed a HUGE improvement in all the girls this year!!
She performed 3 songs and then the finale and she remembered almost every step ;)
The ladies on the bottom corner were the intermission before the finale and whoa nelly!! LOL, Jacob and Joey were embarrassed for them ha!
It was a great night and we are so proud of our big girl!!

Mom of the Year

So today at the park a friend said:
"Hey, I got a picture of Haylee yesterday, I'll email it to ya"
"ok, thanks!"
hhhmmmm, what would she have a picture of Haylee for? Did she go to her house for anything? What even happened yesterday?
"Hey, why do you have a picture of Haylee?"
"The kindergarten program! I noticed you weren't there..."
Holy CRAP!! I forgot my baby girl's program!! I felt like I got kicked in the stomach.
She had a part and everything!!! Another one of the times I wished I could rewind time. She was so great and forgave me, never even thought twice about it...I love her so much!!

Party

Another day another party.... Haylee's class had a party at the park so we were able to hang out with her and JJ is always good to play!
We spent the morning ( 3 hours ) hanging out with what seemed like 500 kids but it was fun!!
