Santaquin Days

 




Every year Santaquin has a parade for the town and it was a huge success this year! Auntie Carri and Uncle Brian have opened a full service mechanic shop right off the freeway and were one of the sponsors in the parade so we just had to go support them! She was so cute and had shirts made.. even for us!

First Broken Arm!!

Jacob was warming up for football practice at the school and fell. When he tried to catch himself he cracked his wrist. Poor boy had a cast for 6 weeks!! He thought it was fun and exciting for about the first 3 days :/





He of course chose Boise State orange and had a blue sharpie for autographs!

Joey's Homework

There is not a day that goes by that Joey doesn't have his teacher laughing at something he says or does. This is what he wrote for a homework paper...

First playtime at McDonald's!!

These guys thought the playplace was the coolest!! I know germs everywhere but they had fun while it lasted! We don't get out much with my babysitting everyday but we try to sneek in some fun when we can ;)

Halloween 2011

Brian always has the best Halloween ideas! So creative, I love it! I'm not a big fan of the "holiday" but the kids have fun with it :)
I enlarged the group picture and framed it for him... He's very proud!!

Arizona Trip

 

How did I miss these cute pictures when I posted about our trip?? The twins LOVED the dog kennels.. just about left them in there but poor doggies were getting anxiety lol!!

Laugh for the Day

 

This is too adorable not to share, sure cracked me up!! I know I'm behind in my posts but today is looking pretty promising!!

Haylee's Special Day!!

 

Our sweet princess got baptised!! She was so adorable and excited about it!
Our awesome neighbors from our old neighborhood came.... we refer to them as our other parents... They got her the cutest little purse full of adorable stuff from Deseret Book.
Also, I'm so so so mad I didn't get pictures of... The Thompson's! We love them so much and are so glad when we get an excuse to see them ;)

Jayden

 












One morning I let Jayden crawl outside... He bolts to the door anytime it opens, they both LOVE being outside!!
He found a few puddles and had a great time, the last picture I wish I was recording it... He was slurping that puddle so loud it cracked me up!!
The kids were so surprised I was letting him get dirty, well, isn't that what babies do best?!?!?

Summer Fort

 










Jacob, Joey and Carson made this fort the beginning of summer and they just crack me up!! They even moved the huge tv in there and got extension cords to plug in the playstation!
I love that the three of them are best buds!!

We made it a full year!!!

 

 

We had the best and busiest July and it was so much fun!! I had been wanting to go to Az to visit for awhile and told Brian since it would be Haylee's birthday on the 15th, the twins on the 17th and our anniversary on the 25th that it would be the perfect excuse to go there and party ;)
Well, Ryan and Julie were awesome enough to plan a huge party for the three kids... 3 cakes in all!! They let us stay at their house and they took care of everything. I felt horrible when we left for not taking more pictures GGRRRRR!! My entire family with the exception of Mariette who lives in Tennessee was there!!
I had a migraine and was horribly sleep deprived so I think Julie thought I was pretty lame lol!!
They said we could come back next year and I hope they meant it because we are :) :)

The boys also got to go to the Diamondbacks vs Dodgers game! Man, talk about spoiled!!!
I love my family so much!!

Blackmail

 

Jacob thought he was so funny catching Joey sleeping on my bear! When he woke up he told him he was going to use it for blackmail. Joey's response? Who cares dude, it's comfortable.
HaHa!!!

JJ and Camping

 

I bet you guys didn't know that we LOVE camping did ya??
Two days before we took JJ's training wheels off his bike and he was flying down the hill! He would come down between the big rocks as fast as he could, up onto the road and back to us in a loop... No fear I tell ya!!!

Jack turns 4!!

 






Another celebration with Jack Jack!! We love this little guy so much and we are so happy he's been a part of our life!!
He and JJ are seriously like brothers... fights and all!!

Staying Faithful

 

We got this in Relief Society awhile back and I LOVED the feeling I got when I read it. How sweet and simple yet so true and inspiring.
I am ever so grateful for the knowledge I have of this gospel!!

Popsicles

 
I came out one day and found all 6 out in the garage eating popsicles.. I don't know why but I thought this was adorable lol!!

Bald Boys of Summer

 

Not the best picture of Hunny Bunny, very long day at work, but all the boys got buzzed for the summer! Wahoo!! It has become tradition around here to get their hair buzzed which is fine for me... no maintenance!!

Last Day of School!!

 

Last day of school and the pictures are not the best but at least I got some! This is Jacob's LAST year at Horizon Elementary... boo hoo, my baby is growing up ;(
He is super nervous having a new school, 6 different teachers, no lockers etc... but I think it'll be super fun once he gets used to it!
Joey is extra excited to be in 5th grade and the one "in charge" of getting everyone to school safe! (They ride their bikes and call me when they make it safe)
Haylee is just all around excited for summer and playing everyday.

Jacob got an award for finishing his Give me Liberty award book and got a trophy in front of everyone.

Joey got 2, yes TWO, Presidential awards for Science and Language Arts, he is such a smarty pants but plays it off like nothing... I think he could skip a grade or two and be fine academically, but the poor boy has NO common sense lol!!
He also got an award for Student Council... he loved every minute.

Haylee got the Horizon Hero Award... for excellence in citizenship, respect, compassion, empathy, kindness, making good choices, cooperating, having a positive attitude, and being a good leader in all aspects... She really is a rule follower which makes me VERY happy!!

JJ on the other hand, oh sheesh... His preschool teachers LOVED him and go on and on about him but at home he's a stinker!! He knows how to push buttons let me tell ya!!

I can't believe the school year is over but let summertime begin!!!
