Brace Face

Joey got braces!! On Thursday we went to Simister; whom I love btw!!
He was so excited and nervous at the same time it was cute ; )
He's got a mouthful with braces and his expander is still in to make sure his mouth doesn't cave!
His teeth are really crooked because of the cleft and Dr. Jeff said he's got a lot of work ahead of him :(
He picked blue and orange for his bands.. not for Denver but for Boise State Broncos! He and Jake want to go there for college and play football on the smurf turf, how cute are they??
The staff is so great and explained all the rules and said he'd be really sore especially on his front tooth that is way high and he has not complained a bit!
He is a tough little boy and always recovers so well after a surgery or anything else he has to put up with!!

You're a cutie Jo Jo!!
Love ya ;)

House Party

This is a house where Brian was doing concrete... LOTS of concrete!! It is a 25,000 +/- huge house on plenty of land. He's got a theatre in the basement with a snack bar fully stocked and a trampoline that you can see from the kitchen in the basement! Oh yeah, don't forget the slide from the top that lands on the tramp!
When the house was finished, the owner threw a party for everyone who helped out and yes, this is a lake in his backyard!!

I forgot my camera so phone pics will have to do ;(
The pool has a balcony over it that people can actually jump off of into the 25 ft deep water below. It was neat when it got dark because he has a black bottom pool with blue lights. My "mom sense" kicked in and I couldn't stop thinking, if there's a kid down there who's going to see????
Anyway.. the house is beautiful and it was a fun party!

Titans

Jacob and Joey LOVE football and so we let them play flag football this season. Luckily, they are on the same team because last year we are at the parks all day it seems! They are the Titans and they have a really good coach.
Jacob is safety on defense and quarterback on offense. He's pretty impressive!! Joey is wide receiver and does really well at that also ;)
They have been asking to play "real" football for awhile and I'm so hesitant.. Joey is so tiny!! Don't get me wrong, he's tough but I don't want my boys getting hurt! We'll see ;)

Isn't that the cutest smile from my pepere? He is 90 years old!! I love it!

UTAH

This is Jacob's project his class did out of salt dough... he did a really good job!!
Brian was able to go to the school and help the kids make the foundation and put on a base coat. Then over the next few days the teacher had them add the details.
He was able to bring his masterpiece home today ;)

Let's Go Racing!!

We LOVE going to visit the Thompsons in Santaquin! Uncle Brian has a race car in his garage that he is building for himself to race and the kids had a great time with my camera!!
I actually deleted some photos.. they thought it necessary to take a picture of every single part!!
Notice Jacob, Joey, and Emilee are doing the "Kyle Busch" victory?? That garage had the kids busy for hours ;)
Pretty soon we'll be shouting "Go Uncle Brian!" at the racetrack!!! WA-HOO!!!!
