It's a Jungle Out There!!

Haylee had her Spring Recital last Saturday, yes I know I'm behind but I've been out of commission for two 1/2 days with strep!
Enough about me, she was totally cute of course and Brian and I noticed a HUGE improvement in all the girls this year!!
She performed 3 songs and then the finale and she remembered almost every step ;)
The ladies on the bottom corner were the intermission before the finale and whoa nelly!! LOL, Jacob and Joey were embarrassed for them ha!
It was a great night and we are so proud of our big girl!!

Mom of the Year

So today at the park a friend said:
"Hey, I got a picture of Haylee yesterday, I'll email it to ya"
"ok, thanks!"
hhhmmmm, what would she have a picture of Haylee for? Did she go to her house for anything? What even happened yesterday?
"Hey, why do you have a picture of Haylee?"
"The kindergarten program! I noticed you weren't there..."
Holy CRAP!! I forgot my baby girl's program!! I felt like I got kicked in the stomach.
She had a part and everything!!! Another one of the times I wished I could rewind time. She was so great and forgave me, never even thought twice about it...I love her so much!!

Party

Another day another party.... Haylee's class had a party at the park so we were able to hang out with her and JJ is always good to play!
We spent the morning ( 3 hours ) hanging out with what seemed like 500 kids but it was fun!!

Mother's Day

Everyday is Mother's Day for me! I love all the little notes I get and the hugs and kisses.
I really am the best mom ever, LOL!!
Haylee wrote me a note: I love you mom you are osum xoxoxoxox and hearts all over the page.

Water Fun

It is finally summer! No snow, rain or terrible winds, yea ;)
Haylee and JJ were having fun on our new backyard!!
Yes we moved and we LOVE the new house. Awesome neighborhood, no traffic on our street, and tons and tons of kids. Our new ward is awesome too. We have over 220 kids in Primary!!!
We're in the same area so the kids stay in the same school which is great for me because I really like the staff.


The boys are so funny about moving;
Why would anyone want this junker? (meaning our old house)
What are you talking about?
We've been here forever and it's got dust!
I guess when you're 9 4 1/2 years does seem like forever!! LOL!

Block Party

The neighborhood had a block party Tuesday night, yes after the Pack Meeting ( glad that's over!! ) and we had a blast!
We also provided the entertainment for the kids.. good thing the parents didn't mind a little water ;)

Jo Jo

Jo Jo had to get an expander today and he is sore..poor guy. He was so nervous you'd think this was his first time in a chair!
He doesn't remember the first one they had to put in before the bone graft so he didn't know what to expect.
He made sure he got a special treat today and reminded me that he couldn't have anything sticky or hard so ice cream would work great!!
I'll let him milk it for today. I even let him stay home and hang out with me ..talk about a treat, whew!!
